Alex Barron went to Florida State.
This is what Florida State said about him:
He started the first 12 games at split tackle in 2003, but a right shoulder injury would force him out of the lineup against Miami in the Orange Bowl. He underwent surgery on the shoulder after that season, sitting out 2004 spring drills. Barron would earn consensus All-America first-team honors as a senior. He started every game at split tackle and averaged eight knockdowns per game. He was also one of three finalists for the Outland Trophy.
