Photo of the Day: Maybe this is why I couldn't hit .. Eyes open hitting baseball
When I played baseball I was pretty good. As I got into high school I hit a wall in terms of hitting and couldn't get any better. I often thought it was because I closed my eyes when I hit the ball. Evidently Ichiro Suzuki keeps his open. This explains a lot.
