Last month, Todd Marinovich was arrested on drug charges again. Since he was on parole, the thought was he'd be going to jail. I guess if you're a former pro football player with a drug problem you get rehab.

Deputy district attorney Michelle Clesceri said:

"It's not a drug court program. It's more like a one-year, 'Let's see if you can get all this done and recover' situation. He did express to the court his willingness to be free of drugs and live a drug-free life."

Is it me or had Todd had enough chances to get this all done?

Since 1991 he's had a problem with drugs and the law. You would think that in 14 years a person would have been given a number of chances to turn things around.

No word on if this Todd Marinovich's his last chance.
