US Soccer prepares for world cup qualifier match against Panama
The United States national soccer team is preparing to make another gigantic step in qualifying for the 2006 world cup. The United States national soccer team will play Panama on Wednesday night.
The differences are stark between where the played last and where they'll play on Wednesday night. This weekend the temperatures were around 70 degrees in Salt Lake City, Utah when they beat the Guatemala team. In Panama, the temperature is 80 degrees with a humidity approaching 80%. Steamy to say the least.

Panama isn't doing well in the standings as they lost last their weekend match against Trinidad and Tobago. In fact, the Panamanians find themselves in last place, while the United States national soccer team is tied for first.
The game starts at 9:30pm ET will not be televised live, but will be shown on tape delay on Thursday at 1:30am ET on EPSN2.
