What does Jim Brown have in common with a hurricane
Jim Brown is Professional Football's All-Time ground gainer. His 1965 League Season ended with 1,544 yards in 289 rushing attempts for his eighth league title. As is customary he again topped both UPI and AP voting as the National Football League's Most Valuable Player.
To write about Jim Brown before his retirement would have been like trying to assess the damage from a hurricane when the main front of the storm hadn't even hit yet. If he had been a missionary every defensive man in the National Football League would now be a priest.
