You don't have to believe it, but this boxing kangaroo dropped in at this swank hotel bar, plunked down a dollar bill and asked for a shot of Jack Daniels and soda.

"That'll cost you $1.25," said the bartender.

"Ooops, sorry," said the kangaroo, and tossed another quarter on the mahogany. He swallowed his drink and started to leave the place. The bartender leaned over the bar. "Say," he said, "we don't get many kangaroos in here."

"That doesn't surprise me," answered the kangaroo. "At $1.25 a shot, you aren't likely to see any more kangaroos!"
