Yogi Berra on the fence about little league baseball
Few catchers in major-league history were the equal of Yogi Berra in backstop greatness. But no one was his equal in saying humorous things, unconsciously.
Once when asked how things were going for him, he nimbly replied: "I'm straddling the other side of the fence right now." Another time, when he was asked what he thought about Little League baseball, he seriously replied: "I think it's good, because it keeps the kids out of the house."
