Aspartame and MSG in Sudden Cardiac Death in Athletes?
Can there be a link between aspartame and MSG to sudden cardiac death? Dr. Russell Blaylock thinks so.
Dr. Blaylock thinks aspartic acid is aspartame causes damage in the cardiovascular centers in the brain stem. He also says that aspartame adds a muscle toxin called methanol. He points to studies that have shown aspartame and MSG together increases this toxicity.
The World Natural Health Organization has a site that claims a ton of aspartame issues. They were listed a resource on the press release.
Is this information real? I don't know. But the site does feature a snazzy flaming logo.
